Just used ProfilePro for the first time. Great tool for quickly optimizing a Google Business Profile. I'm excited to play around with this a bit more. My only complaint so far is that the service descriptions are very similar, so I'm taking them into ChatGPT and tweaking them so they don't all sound the same. But otherwise, handy tool!

I came across this awesome software called Merchynt for optimizing your Google Business Profile. It has so many cool things you can do with it, including citations tracking. Another feature is the Ranking Heatmap Generator and its great see how your business is ranking over grid map.
Amazing product but more importantly great lines of communication for support and any ideas you may have to improve the product. Every SMB needs to consider this for their business to help stay ahead of the competition. SEO Local, business reviews and citations are a must for local ranking and Merchynt delivers.
I am extremely pleased with the services Merchynt has provided to enhance my local online visibility! As someone running a small agency assisting other businesses in local ranking, my own presence was somewhat overlooked. It was akin to the shoemaker's children with no new shoes. However, that situation has changed, and I'm receiving numerous calls from online sources! I am truly grateful for the work Merchynt has done for me. I came across Merchynt while looking for GMB articles. I tried their heat map to see how it worked and found it easy to use and exactly what I wanted. I am looking at some of their other services now based on that experience.
So far Merchynt has been a very straight-forward & transparent experience. Their product has done exactly what was claimed and they offer more tools and insights freely without gate-keeping like most other local SEO companies I've found. Right now I'm still exploring and educating myself, but will be looking to contract in the near future.
The heat map tool is easy to use and it truly shows how your business is ranking with specified search terms and in a specified radius area of your choosing. It helps you see how and where you need to make changes to help increase your business ranking on Google.

Terrible experience where ever i look. I am starting to wonder if the reviews are fake! I signed up for Profilepro and i got charged $9. It gave me some suggestions and that is it. Some suggestions didnt even work.

The heatmap audit gives accurate results. I tested it against other tools. I took some low hanging fruit keywords from our website rankings to use on my client's GBP profile. I was able to audit the profile to see if they were also matching low hanging keywords with some ranks that I could add to my keyword list & optimize for quicker wins. Within 3-4 months, the GBP improved in ranking from the keywords... And again, after testing, the ranking report was accurate & my client was pleased after doing the Google search themselves in seeing their GBP in the top 3
