Generally today you don't get the one on one help you just get a chat box or a one time call. These guys have been great with helping us get started and their systems allow for tracking and success to increase our ranking. Can't say enough good things. This is a great tool to use to see how your business is performing. It gives great insight on which key words to work on based on the ranking. It also gives great information as to where your business is showing up so you can tweak your SEO to get better results and be sure that your marketing efforts arent going to waste. I love having this tool at my disposal just to keep an eye on my rankings and where I can improve on.

The heat map looks good. I always triple check for accuracy so that is my next step, I will update this review when complete. I checked and Merchynt is on the ball. Also, really enjoy there Google Business Profile. I am pretty sure that it was their "Paige" AI that was adding my photos and GBP Posts and now my website is ranking on page 1 of Google ahead of listing services like Yelp, that's amazing to me, Thank you Merchynt for a very good product, you are off to a good start, I will use you for SEO
Their free Profile Pro tool was great. It helped me tweak my Google Business Profile and add info I wouldn't have thought about. Easy to use, intuitive, simple instructions and a training video. I loved it!
