I experienced some initial technical hurdles getting my custom domains and white-label setup connected over the weekend. However, the support team helped me clear the final DNS roadblock today and the system is now fully live. I am just starting to actively test the software's tools and will update this review once I have fully implemented everything, but I appreciate the team getting my sales tools online.
I’ve worked with a lot of software and marketing companies over the years, and Merchynt has genuinely impressed me. What stands out most is that they’re not just selling another marketing tool. Their platform gives local businesses a practical way to improve their Google presence, understand how they’re showing up across their market, manage reviews, and identify opportunities they would otherwise never see. As an AI consultant working with local businesses, I’m very particular about the tools I’m willing to put my name behind. Merchynt has become an important part of how I analyze local visibility and show business owners what is actually happening with their presence on Google. The technology is excellent, but just as important, the people behind it have been responsive, helpful, and clearly focused on making the product better. If you work with local businesses or you're a business owner serious about improving your visibility on Google and Google Maps, Merchynt is absolutely worth checking out. Highly recommended.

This system is amazing. Saves a lot of time but the best part in my opinion is the reporting. This feature alone is worth the price for reducing client churn.

Merchynt is a great tool and have used it for my clients for the past year!
After one month we saw 27% increase in rankings on Google Maps with Paige, so it definitely works. There are a few things that are clunky about the setup and the client communication in my opinion but after a few weeks the automations are improving with time and it's running pretty smooth. Excited to see where we are at in the next few months.

The heatmap tool is helpful for visualizing a business’s visibility on Google across different neighborhoods. I use it for local SEO audits and to explain to my clients why their rankings vary from one location to another.

To be clear, this review is only for the Merchynt Agency Partner Program and does not cover Merchynt's main service which I cannot review as I wasn't able to use it. I am writing this solely to help educate those looking for a white-label solution as I was. The Agency Partner Program is marketed as a white-labeled solution for agencies to deliver Merchynt's services. It is that but it's very limited and the program shouldn't include the word 'Agency,' in my opinion. My personal experience was disappointing. I signed up, paid the $100 and within a few days realized that the white labeling was merely the swap of logos and a custom domain. What that means is that if you charge a premium for a DFY service, you cannot send your client your white-labeled link. The client would log in and see the Paige builder box that says 'Train the AI,' an Automations box, and a Tasks box (I have no idea what that attached to). They would also see the upsell to the builder, it would ask them to unlock the feature. The client would also see a link to "Copy GBP Access Link," under their profile picture which the client shouldn't have. There's a box called Momentum on the Competition page where your client will see, "Please turn on your automated reporting to enable this section." The Program is not made for those of us who offer enhanced DFY services. It's exclusively for anyone who wants to sell Merchynt's services exactly as they are right down to the layout. I had to cancel the Partner Program after a couple of days and go back to my previous provider because I couldn't see it for clients. For those interested, the Partner Program fee is nonrefundable and there is no inside look or trial period so until you pay, you have no idea what you're getting, what your clients will see, or how flexible it is (it isn't very flexible). There are also a few minor bugs/glitches but nothing problematic, just annoying. While I cannot recommend their Partner Program for my purposes—and I'm out a hundred bucks to learn the lesson—the owner of Merchynt did reply to emails. I do think Merchynt's Partner Program will mature in a year or two. I exchanged a few emails with the owner who I found to be professional and seemed interested to hear the problems I experienced. I did receive an email from their Chief Success Officer, wrote her back and explained the issues I experienced, but I never heard from her again. Of course, I had already cancelled the service at that time so I wasn't a customer any longer. So, in short, after a few days, serious opportunity cost and $100, I learned that Merchynt's Agency Partner Program isn't for agencies. It's a reseller program which is fine but not what I, or most agencies, need. I'll check back in on Merchynt in a year or so to see if it's matured and what improvements have been made. Based on my emails with the owner, I have every reason to believe there will be positive changes but for now, know that the Agency Partner Program is more of a direct Reseller Program and isn't ready for agency use...yet. And had their program not included the word 'Agency', I would have kept looking. One last thing, the AI support bot they use is the best I've ever experienced.

Been with Merchynt (Paige) for a few months now. It was presented to me when I was part of a small marketing community and I kept hesitating because of the $97 a month (per business). After hearing great things about it, I just sacrificed more on my end and made the $97 fit into my budget. It started getting good results on the SEO side, where it first ranked 20+, then shot up to 5 or better. The issue from the start is the VERY generic content. It's so obvious it's AI because it lumps keywords together (ie. 'If you're looking for a general contractor Reno Sparks....") no one talks like that. I had to manually go into every single FB & Instagram post and edit it, so it doesn't look stupid. Plus, I fed it plenty of specific pics (specific niche), but it keeps posting content about something unrelated. It picks the wrong pics from my collection (same friend of mine, but different service that they offer). At one point, their employee offered to give me an NFC card, which i accepted. More than two months passed & i never got it. At one point, the same employee apologized for forgetting/messing up & so he said he'd send them. He waived my monthly fee for that one month, & yes, that was nice. I finally got them, weeks after they were promised & guess what?? They didn't work! HA! In fact, the card took me to another business (I've never heard of). I immediately emailed their support & said that if the owner (Justin) didn't reply to me, I would cancel. Well, i got a reply, but it wasn't Justin. Josh H replied (Head of Support). He was super cool, apologized & gave me instructions to reprogram them. I wrote him back on April 29 (the delay was because my wife was in the hospital, so that was my priority) & he didn't reply. I was finally fed up & emailed him again on May 2. As of today, no reply. In that May 2nd email, i told him "i want out. I want to cancel my $97 per month service because i end up doing it myself manually anyway, might as well pay a VA for less to do better quality work. I'm a VERY fair guy & VERY patient, but, my $97 a month was perfectly fine and was billed on time, each month. No issues. Why can't this service be what it claims to be? Even if everything worked properly, the quality of the output is 100% not worth the $97. Yes, my friend's business ranked better, but what good is it if i have to continuously go in and correct what the AI did? Yes, I understand in this day and age, we have to go put our "human touch" on it...but this was way too much, and way too often. It's possible that Justin will see this, and i hope he does. I respect you and what you've done, very much. However, if i have issues, and i've voiced them privately to your team, and it doesn't get done, then a public FYI is what is needed. Besides the issues I've had, I still don't think $97 is a good value for what is offered. There are too many other tools out there (and many more being developed daily) that can do better work, for much less. I asked Josh to cancel my service and confirm via email. I am still waiting for that to happen. UPDATE: 5/6 - i have emailed Josh (Support) again today and I've yet to receive any reply (3rd email so far). I am asking for confirmation of my cancelled service. So far, no response to my email on April 29 or my May 2nd email. UPDATE 5/7 - no reply yet. I have just emailed them AGAIN. And of course, since it's billing time, silence on their end. UPDATE 5/7 (late in the day) - Josh replied and apologized for the delay (his reason was VERY valid & I have no problem with that). We agreed to get on a call to fix things. UPDATE 5/11 - Josh & I just got on a call. We were not able to fix the NFC card issue, but, they are going to send me new cards. We tweaked the settings on my Paige tool. Very knowledgeable, patient & very helpful. I am updating my review from 2 stars to 4.5 stars. UPDATE 8/14 - the posts are still SUPER generic and just not worth $100 a month. The heatmap is MUCH better with Local Falcon at $25 p/month. Cancelling service. So disappointed. Rating back to 2.5 stars.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Merchynt. I invested in their service with the expectation that it would help improve my Google rankings, increase visibility, and ultimately generate more leads for my business. Unfortunately, the results have not matched those expectations. Despite having my Google Business Profile established for over a year and putting significant time and money into SEO, my rankings have remained disappointing and I have seen little to no meaningful increase in leads attributable to their service. The biggest issue for me is the lack of measurable results. SEO takes time (90 to 120 days), but after following the recommended strategies and giving the process a fair opportunity, I expected to see more progress in rankings, visibility, and actual customer inquiries. I also feel that there should have been much clearer communication about what was realistically being accomplished and why the results were not improving. Simply being told that SEO is competitive isn't enough when you're paying for a service specifically to improve your online presence. I also see their social media posting 90-day results and ranking you # 1. That's not true and misleading, and it hurts small businesses. The customer service and communication are lacking. Joshua, head of support, chooses when he wants to reply to your emails and doesn't seem eager to help you. The platform looks cool, but it doesn't actually improve your SEO rankings. Before I started (April 8, 2026) with Merchynt, I was ranking in the top 16, and now some keywords are in the high 20s. I haven't seen an SEO lead come in for over 2 months. It's truly not worth the time and investment. I wanted Merchynt to work, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service. If you're considering using them, I would strongly suggest asking for specific, measurable benchmarks for rankings, traffic, and leads before committing.

My favorite feature is the heat map because it gives me a clear visual of how my business is ranking across different areas and helps me see where we are improving and where we still need to focus. The platform is easy to use, provides useful local SEO insights, and has helped me better understand our visibility on Google Maps. After nearly a year of using Merchynt Paige, it’s definitely not a service I plan to discontinue. I recently tried Merchynt's Local Heat Map Audit and found it to be a really useful way to visualize how a business is performing across different areas in Google Maps. The heat map made it much easier to spot strengths, weak spots, and opportunities than looking at rankings alone. If you're working on local SEO or trying to improve your Google Business Profile visibility, it's a valuable tool for understanding where you actually stand. Looking forward to using it as a benchmark to track improvements over time.

Merchynt has been one of my favorite tools for checking map rankings. The accuracy is really good, and the heat map feature is excellent. Even on free mode you can still see how your business is ranking in different areas.
