I gave Merchant a try for three days, and for my own reasons, I wanted to cancel. Their cancellation feature did not work after trying it four times on the application, logging out and logging in, and trying it again. Then I tried the chatbot that they have on the website to cancel; that also did not work. So then I asked for a human on chat, and I asked the human to cancel it, and still, that person said that they're going to confirm after cancellation, and that person just ghosted me. So, their customer service is not really good. And then I have finally sent an email. Hopefully, they do cancel. I will not comment anything about their service since I did not give it enough time to test, but their cancellation process has been dysfunctional.
