So far Merchynt has been a very straight-forward & transparent experience. Their product has done exactly what was claimed and they offer more tools and insights freely without gate-keeping like most other local SEO companies I've found. Right now I'm still exploring and educating myself, but will be looking to contract in the near future.
The heat map tool is easy to use and it truly shows how your business is ranking with specified search terms and in a specified radius area of your choosing. It helps you see how and where you need to make changes to help increase your business ranking on Google.

Terrible experience where ever i look. I am starting to wonder if the reviews are fake! I signed up for Profilepro and i got charged $9. It gave me some suggestions and that is it. Some suggestions didnt even work.

The heatmap audit gives accurate results. I tested it against other tools. I took some low hanging fruit keywords from our website rankings to use on my client's GBP profile. I was able to audit the profile to see if they were also matching low hanging keywords with some ranks that I could add to my keyword list & optimize for quicker wins. Within 3-4 months, the GBP improved in ranking from the keywords... And again, after testing, the ranking report was accurate & my client was pleased after doing the Google search themselves in seeing their GBP in the top 3

Merchynt is very good Google my business optimizer. I love the heatmap ranking feature of this app. The company is well experienced in the field and provides excellent service to small businesses looking to improve.
Since introducing Paige, not only have we saved time with our GBP, we are experiencing more website traffic than ever before. Up about 20%. Easy to use. Love the AI functions and being able to edit and approve before going live.
My experience with paige has been good so far. I really like how it automates many parts of maintaining your GBP and citations. I was even more impressed with the way it handles review fetching using qr codes. Very impressed so far.

Super easy to use and intuitive. The AI generation makes it the simplest marketing platform I've ever used. I'm not sure if it's making a difference in my business yet, but at this price I'm OK if it takes 3-6 months to help drive leads because most marketing firms charge me thousands of dollars monthly with weak results. I didn't have a physical location business, but used Merchynt in launching an agency. This is an invaluable tool for the inexperienced to bootstrap a Google ranking agency off the ground on zero budget. I came across this awesome software called Merchynt for optimizing your Google Business Profile. It has so many cool things you can do with it, including citations tracking. Another feature is the Ranking Heatmap Generator and its great see how your business is ranking over grid map.
