I’m a harsh reviewer so these stars are earned. I Used their services a couple of months ago. After canceling my plan they still charged me so I contacted support and told them to stop charging me, i didn’t care about the $9 but just wanted them to stop charging and the guy who helped me was very nice and polite.

I've just been trying out ProfilePro for a few minutes but it seems to be pretty helpful in suggesting products and services as well as writing descriptions. The upgrade price is very reasonable as well. I wouldn't suggest simply copy and pasting what is generated but rather using it to help you write your own content. That's with all content generating tools. They are tools to help you write, not magic buttons to do your work for you.
