I’ve been with Merchynt since 2023, and I’ve seen the platform grow through a lot of updates and improvements over the years. I’ll give credit where it’s due. The platform has helped generate real activity, leads, and results for the client accounts I manage. It’s not just another dashboard that looks nice and does nothing. I’ve actually been able to use it for local SEO, Google Business Profile work, SEO audits, review management, and improving local search visibility for clients. That’s the main reason I’m still here. What I also appreciate is how they handle issues when something does come up. I recently had a concern involving the white label side of the platform, and Justin, Julia, Josh, and the dev team took it seriously. They looked into it, followed up, and didn’t just brush it off with some canned support response. That matters, especially when you’re dealing with client accounts, local rankings, brand trust, lead generation, and audit reports. Small details can turn into big problems fast if nobody pays attention. Overall, Merchynt has been a solid platform for me, and the team behind it has shown they care enough to investigate things properly and make improvements when needed.
