The first month of using Merchynt services for my GMB SEO & LLM page was pretty great. I followed their system, posted reviews, and dialed it in. I did my monthly audit today for the past two months and my SEO rankings have dropped/tanked. I'm worse off then before I started using the platform. Also, the platform has a lot of internal bugs and it isn't smooth with loading most things. You have to clear the cache on my browser almost monthly. Their support team is passive and you have to wait to talk to someone the next day. No real value here, and they don't really tell you if they've fixed your issue or not. I've recommend Merchynt services to other contractors the first month I started, now I look like an idiot and we'll tell them to drop Merchynt. Pretty embarrassing!!

I have had a few issues but customer service is right on it.
The heat map tool is incredible. It accurately points out where the business is succeeding in the Google Rankings and Where it is lagging. Important info in this AI world.
